Our community features a 24-hour newly renovated fitness center, business center, conference rooms, movie theatre, pool and shuffleboard tables, swimming pool as well as several community terraces with gas grills and/or fireplaces. Yes, we are a pet-friendly community! Our pet policy can be found on the Deposits and Fees page, or you can contact the leasing office with any questions. Fells Point is an ideal place for dogs as we are located on the waterfront promenade walking trail.

Included in every apartment are full-sized washers and dryers and all standard GE stainless steel kitchen appliances (dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, and freezer with icemaker, glass top range and oven, and microwave).

Yes! We receive hundreds of packages a day for residents. You are able to stop by the office at any point to pick them up during office hours. After office hours we do have a concierge who is able to assist you with picking up your package. The concierge phone number is 443-970-1275.

The Crescent offers Comcast Xfinity service with a wide variety of internet, television and phone options.

The Crescent is located a few blocks away from a Charm City Circulator stop. We are also close to 2 Water Taxi stops as well as the Johns Hopkins shuttle.

It does not cost anything to tour our community! The office is open 7 days a week and we would love to show you all The Crescent has to offer. You can schedule an appointment by clicking the Schedule a Tour link on our website. Not able to visit in person? We are more than happy to provide video tours!

Yes! Our maintenance team is here on-site Monday through Friday for non-emergency requests, and is available to respond to any emergency issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can always call our maintenance hotline at 866-964-9232 to submit any maintenance requests, emergency or non-emergency. Non-emergency requests can also be made through the Crescent Resident Portal.

You do not need to be present for our technicians to perform the work in your home. Please make sure to check the "OK to Enter" box when entering your work order through the Resident Portal.

If you are locked out during business hours, please stop by the leasing office with a valid photo I.D. for a key. If it is after hours, emergency maintenance would have to be called at 866-964-9232 and a fee would apply.

We have an attached, controlled access garage for resident parking. Reserved and unreserved spaces are available for an additional monthly fee. Call the office for more information or visit our Deposits and Fees page on our website.

Applications are approved once we have received the results of the credit and background checks on all applicants over the age of 18. Once all information needed to process the application has been received, the credit and background screening results are generally returned within 24-48 hours.

We have multiple options for you if you need to terminate your lease. The on-site office staff is happy to review these options and help determine which is best for your particular situation.

Residents can pay rent online through the Resident Portal using an e-check, credit or debit card (fees apply to credit and debit card payments). We can also accept personal checks and certified funds in the leasing office.

The Crescent requires that residents maintain a renter's insurance policy that includes $100,000 of liability coverage and has the community listed as an additional interest. We do not require personal property renter's insurance, but we do strongly recommend you purchasing this in order to protect your belongings. BGE is the electric provider for the community. They can be reached at 1-800-685-0123 . The office will set up the water/sewer/trash/recycling/pest account for new residents.

Residents are responsible for all utilities which are billed separately from rent. Water/sewer/trash/recycling/pest charges will be billed monthly by Minol, our 3rd party billing company, and you are able to pay these charges to the office along with your rent.

We do accept walk-ins but encourage you to set an appointment if possible as it can get busy and we would like to make sure we spend quality time with you.

We do offer referral bonuses! Please let the leasing representative that you speak with know the name of the friend who referred you.

The Crescent is located close to several grocery stores including Safeway, Whole Foods, Aldi and Harris Teeter.
